Last time I checked the 940 was well worth getting for the price. Last week you could pick up the CPU for around 136. I think its 180-90ish now.

...what are you talking about? $136? The 940 was never that low...the x3 720 was $136 last week, now it's back to $145. The 940 was just under 200 bucks, but now it's back up to $225.

Unless your taking about the 920, which is cheaper...personally, I think the 720 is still the way to go.

Personally, I'd like the 720 better than the 920, since the only difference is you're getting one less core and easier overclocks.

Eh too many numbers lol. Either way I decided on the x4 940 and I like it so far, I don't dare OC on stock cooler idling at 38 C
