but i want it to be future proof aka usb3/sata 6Gbps but the x58 mobo for the i7 is £255 and thats really expensive i dont mind paying it

The motherboard has to have those things on it, not the cpu. X58 is just the same of the chipset, nothing more. It seems like you are buying from a site that builds it for you. Much cheaper and rewarding to do it yourself, plus you're guaranteed to get exactly what you want.
