If you have no budget, the Opteron 180 is your best bet. The FX-60 is stupid, don't even consider it since it's exactly like an Opteron 180 or Athlon 64 x2 4800+ with an extra 200mhz ... your basically just paying the premium, it's for rich n00bs with no one to guide them away from the series.
