ok so now im leaning towards the MSI P45 mobo and the E5200. not much of a price increase $414.30. thanks you for the input guys.

Same, my comment wasn't referring to the fact you recommended Intel. But instead that he went with your suggestions instead.

Its an old commercial and I liked it. But this fat man would always go "DRATS LOST ANOTHER ONE TO DI-TECH!!!" So I was ripping that off lol. Di Tech was some car insurance company.

i was actually looking at the e5200 before he recommended it but was hesitate because i wasnt sure if the MSI P45 mobo would support 45nm. anyway i really appreciate yalls input and recommendations.
