Hey guys
Just looking for a bit of advice, not that clued up on processors so thought I'd ask. I'm looking to buy a new PC and basically just wanted to know what the difference between the processors are, in particular what the difference might be between an AMD Athlon™ 64 3000+ with HyperTransport Technology, and say a Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz, or something similar. MOre thinking about performance and what it all means rather than price. Thanks for your help!
