Asrock seems to be hit or miss. Some people like them while others wouldn't consider buying one at gunpoint. Personally I would go for the Gigabyte.

what do you guys think of the ecs 780g its a **** good deal. Also if gigabyte, what one?

ECS tends to be one of the worst brands as far as quality is concerned.

This is the Gigabyte I would get.

If you want to save some money this Foxconn is the same price as the ECS. I have used it before and was happy with it.

I actually rebuilt a system for my family with the same gigabyte board you posted, with an X2 7750+
the BIOS doesn't have much support for overclocking, but it's a nice stable board.

though the Foxcoon board looks descent.
