I had this same situation when I was shopping. At the time the 3200 was 50 bucks more than the 3000... I just couldn't justify the extra 50 dollars for 200mhz more when I could just use that on other parts, so I went with the 3000.
Either way, you'll be happy. But the difference in RAM would be far more noticable than the difference in processors. aka, buy the most suitable RAM, THEN compare these two CPUs.
