AM2+ motherboard

Hey, can anyone recommend a good AM2+ mobo? Budget is around £60-70. It's for a 2.7 kuma. I'm not too good on AMD so any ideas? uATx/ATX doesn't matter (though would prefer ATX, space isn't an issue), neither does multi-GPU. It's for a budget gaming build so they'll have something like a 9800/4850, so onboard won't matter particularly.

I'm looking at something like Asus M3A78 PRO, AMD 780G, S AM2+, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), DDR2 1066/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX - Scan.co.uk Don't like the max. RAM on it though.

Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3, AMD 770, Sok AM2+, PCI-E 2.0, DDR2 1200/1066/667, SATA 300, SATA RAID, ATX - Scan.co.uk

No onboard graphics so no hybrid Crossfire. Very highly rated on Newegg, though.
