Default agp VS pci-e

what is the difference between pci express and agp video? are agp video cards suitable to run the latest games? what is a good agp video card?

cards like the 7800gs are nice agp cards and can run lots of new games with great frame rates.. and i think the difference is bandwidth? seems as if agp is going out the door, its reached its limits.. but for a good agp the 6800gs or 7800gs, great cards

Rather than try to give a detailed explanation here, I suggest This Link. It gves an in depth look at PCI and PCI-E and the difference between the two protocols. Very interesting stuff.
