AGP card value AND performance?

My 9800 pro is toast. I have brought my old Radeon 7000 series off the subs bench until I can find a suitable replacement. I want to spend around $100 yet still play HL2 and do a bit of video editing/CAD. Suggestions appreciated.

ATI X1300 pro 256MB
ATI X1600 pro 512MB (is it worth the extra money?)
XFX GeForce 7300GT 256MB
BFG GeForce 7600GS OC 512MB DDR2 AGP 8x Dual DVI

How would they compare to my old 9800 Pro?

They all kill the 9800 pro, especially the 7600gs.

I got the 1600 pro and I like it. Plays bf2, MOH, COD2 all on max settings just fine.
