Advice On Upgrading Processor?

I was looking to buy a processor and two one gig ram cards so my budget is about £200. Are you also in England?

That should give you a massive general performance boost

Yeah counterstrike source is a game and I am in essex whilst most the people on here are yanks. You could do with a new motherboard that ones fairly limitting but that will take half your budget

It depends you haven't actually told me much about your computer so far is it a prebuilt desktop (dell, hp, fujitsu blah blah) or did you build it yourself or get a third party to build it for you?

I don't know who to replace the motherboard, I also don't want to complicate the matter if I can. Is it esential that I replce the mother board?
