Default Advice with PSU and Fans

Hi, I have a HP a350n here are the specs:

I haven't done anything to the pc yet but I plan upgrading to video card to this:

And adding this memory:

And fixing the DvD/CD writing drive with this:

And adding this video capture card:

Any recommendations with the hardware?

My other question is I have adding my current wattage needs and it equals about 270w,
and after upgrading I will be at 350w all I know is that its 250w here are my advanced psu specs:

And here are the demotions:

So will I need to upgrade my PSU? Will I be able to find a PSU to fit the space?
And will I need to upgrade my fans?
Would hp actually tell me all about upgrading (in the manual) and then let me burn up my Computer?
I attached some images of inside my case.

As far as the video card, It will work. You do have an AGP 8x slot, so it's compatible. On the other hand, if you're willing to choke up ~35 more, you can get the GT model, which spanks the vanilla.

The ram is compatible, but it will downclock to 2700 speeds. See if you can save money on ram by buying PC2700 speed ram.

Yeah I knew about the RAM but I would save 2 bucks switching to 2700 and I figured I would go with corsair.

What about my PSU/Fans?

So would this video card be a better buy? I wouldn't mind spending a little more but only if the rest of my pc can keep up with the video card.

The card only have 128mb RAM?
