Adding new hard drive, small question.

I'm getting my 120gb seagate barracuda for x-mas. Im going to use it for a media drive. Right now I have a 80gb and an old 10gb.

Should I do anything to the 120gb for best performance? Or just plug it in, and start using it right off the bat. FAT32 or NTFS mode?

i would say make sure u do a "full" format...not a quick one...and i would use NTFS
