i would say it depends where you are buying from. someplaces has really ****ty oem deals. but newegghas been good about it IMO, i wouldnt buy a whole system refurbished but if it has a warrenty and youre willing to risk the time then go for it

TigerDirect is good. They have been in business for many years now. I don't think they'll be disappearing anytime soon.
