Abit BE6-2 Question

i have a computer that i just kinda built. but when i boot, it goes through the post, and then goes to a screen that shows values for ide's, etc. and says verifying dmi pool. and i went to the computer store to ask ?'s and they said the 440bx chipsets dont allow anything over ata66. and my drives are ata133. so i was thinking pci ata133 card. but what alternatives do i have as far as spending little money. my specs are:

-abit be6-2 mobo
-512 mb ram PC133
-soundblaster live card
-dvd-rw
-pentium 3 550E
-160 gig HD (can change i have many HD's)
-10/100 network card
