This ram has better timings than the G.SKILL and costs the same.

Wait, so 4-4-4-12 is better than 5-5-5-15? The G-SKill is 5-5-5-15, and the Wintec is 4-4-4-12. I always thought that 5-5-5-15 was better? But I should go with the new mobo? I just want the highest probability to a successful overclocking due to this being my first time building a PC.

Lower timings are better.

I'm not sure what you should do regarding the motherboard. I have not been able to find any reviews of the new ones overclocking ability. It looks looks like it should be a good overclocker if you can disable DES.

Also this case looks good. It includes 2x120mm fans(with room for allot more) and is within you budget.

Those Wintecs actually are D9 Micron from what I've heard... must be good then

also lower timings and lower cas latency (meaning distance) is better

Alright, I've added that RAM, but there are a couple cases I would appreciate for a few of you to look at.

Newegg.com - APEVIA X-DISCOVERY-BL Blue Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Newegg.com - RAIDMAX Sagitta 2 ATX-928WB Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Also, which hard drive is better?

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Thanks.
Please tell me if any of thos are better than waht you picked out, or if the one Puddle mentioned is the best. Thank you!

The Western Digital hard drive is better since it has a higher capacity and more cache.

That Raidmax case has a removable mobo tray which is a very nice feature. (and it looks awesome)
