Hi guys. I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and I am stick between two cards. Found two good deals on refurbished cards. Because i'm in Canada, i'm limited to Canadian sellers so here are the two i'm comparing. Looking to get the best card for the value.

It's definitely worth the price bump to get the 970 over the 960, IMO.
