Default 90 nm vs 130 nm SOI

I just upgraded, and was wanting to find out what is the difference between 90 nm and 130 nm SOI ?

Also, which one would be considered better?

90nm is better. this is the size of the circuits on the processor to put it in lay-mans terms. 90nm is more power efficient and produces less heat. it also generally overclocks better (with some notable exceptions that i won't mention)
