$800 Limit for new build, please help?

You won't have to replace anything.

So the power suppy won't overheat while running the faster processor? The reason I ask is because I don't want anything to be offset from the build you gave me because it does, then I will stick to the original build.

No you don't have to worry. The power supply I suggested, whether it be the FSP 400W or the Rosewill 550W. Both can handle that system easily. The FSP 400W was even shown to handle a system with an 8800GTX.

do I need too buy a cooler with this build? I bought everything last night, but forgot all about the cooler.

It's only necessary, if you see high idling or loading temperatures on the CPU, or if overclocking.
