It's the same, with a minor physical exception. The way the CPU fits in the mobo. The contact pins that are normally on the bottom of the CPU, are located on the mobo instead. Other than that, nothing else is different.

If you could save a few bucks, and reuse a hard drive I would recommend an after market cooler as well.. I use the ZALMAN 9500 myself, and the temps are decent compared to stock.

honestly i would get a better mobo, the gigabyte p965 for 20 bucks more and the powercooler x1950 pro for 200
