6600GT or 6600

I need a new video card and was trying to beside two choices:
An XFX 6600gt card with 128mb and
an Asus 6600 card with 256mb.
Which is better, the memory or the higher clock speeds?
I like playing fast paced fps games if that makes the decision easier...
Also, i heard Asus cards clock really well. I know i wont be able to clock to gt but it still makes a big difference.
Also, the Asus card comes in 128mb and 256mb. Is it worth 30 bucks to get the extra ram? or will 128 do just fine? im on a tight budget of 150 USD. Any help would be appreciated.

yeah, i figured gt was the way to go. By the way, does anyone know how credible the company AOpen is? are the cheap or do they make good products? again, help is always appreciated.

go for eVGA. they give lifetime warranties to some of their cards, and if you OC it to far and kill it they will replace it
