Default $650 Laptop

What fairly decent laptops are available for about $650? Im open to all sugestions.

Ive heard their laptops are good. Are they in my price range though? Ill have a look at their site.

Try Retro Box. Used corporate lappy (or computers, monitors, printers, servers, whatever). Here's a link:

All computers (lappy or otherwise) comes without an OS, so you have to supply your own... but you still can't beat their prices.

I've heard dell laptops are pretty good...

Depends what you define by a"fairly decent" laptop. Low end laptops will suck at gaming, but will be fine if you are just occasionly using it for emails, MS Office, stuff like that.

I have a P4 desktop that is perfect for games. This would just be a portable means of getting on the net, downloading emails, doing work, writing programs.
I don't need it for games
