<550$ gaming build

Hi guys, I am looking for a budget build gaming pc for a friend. He wants to play sc2 on at least medium settings. Would like a mid range gfx card like the 5770 or 5830 in the build and at least 4gb of ddr3 ram and am planning to unlock as many cores as possible.
I have a bunch of parts I put together in about 5 minutes and know that there are alot more/better deals out but do not know of any at the moment. But anyway, I am looking for suggestions for better performing/cost efficient parts. Please post any suggestions you may have! thanks!

Maybe Replace that Phenom II with an Athlon II quad core. Athlon Quad will do better in multi-threaded apps.
