Default $550 budget for some parts.

What do you guys think of this build

have hd $0
have case and psu $0
amd 939 mobo with pci-e ~$80 (suggestions on brand and model)
amd 939 3000+ retail ~$150
6600gt pci-e ~$150
1gb twinmos pc3200 ~$85
NEC DVDRW DL ~$45

Total $510. Any suggestions on things to change.

Would it be worth it to get a 6800 or 3200+?
Does the 3200 overclock any better than the 3000?

Depends on what you want to do with it. And can you be more specific about the mobo?

go with the MSI K8N NEO4-F

do not get the 6800. and the 3200+ will OC the same as a 3000+ more depends on when the cpu was made
