Talking 512MB EVGA 9600 GT SC, PCI-E 2.0(x16)

Hi i am in thought of upgrading my Nividia Geforce 7800 GTX to a Nividia Geforce 9800 GT and i want to ask of how much of a difference it is between a

"512MB EVGA 9600 GT SC, PCI-E 2.0(x16), Mem 1800 MHz, GDDR3, GPU 675 MHz, 64 Cores"

between a...

"512MB EVGA 9600 GT KO, PCI-E 2.0(x16), Mem 1900 MHz, GDDR3, GPU 700 MHz, 64 Cores"

i am pretty new to hardware, but i know that the higher the mhz the better, just would like to ask what kind of difference it would make, graphical wise.

Would i be able to play the same high resolution with both cards?

Would i be able to play the same HD games with both cards?

Thank you, Aisawa.

The higher speed card will be a little faster, but not by much. You could probably use a utility like EVGA Precision to make the slower speed card run as fast as the other card or even faster.

but both the cards you listed are 9600gt's.

and like Slay said, you won't see a big difference from the OCed one, it only has a minor OC which you can match and surpass yourself with a program like the one Slay linked.
