athlon ii x4 620
+
sony dvd burner


motherboard/psu
biostar am3 ta785g3hd
+
ocz modxstream pro 600w


case/hdd
nzxt gamma case
+
seagate 7200.12 250gb hdd


OS/ram
win7 home premium 64-bit
+
ocz 2x2gb special ops ddr3 1600 c8


gfx card
evga gtx 460 768mb
+
free game (just cause 2)


it does go a little over your budget though, $639 before shipping/taxes and you could get $50 total back from rebates.

Looks good to me, but I've realized that no matter what it will cost me around $800.
