I'm afraid if I put that in there, it will go over $500. It's really hard to configure a gaming system for such a low price. Unless you go with AMD, I can probably see it happening since they're so cheap. He can probably get a Rosewill PSU and a cheap $30 case.

That just makes it that much harder. I can downgrade all the components I listed, but it won't be a formidable gaming system anymore. I really like that (Gigabyte) motherboard too, but I may have to downgrade it.
