Ya but thats an extreme edition im sure. What is the stock clock. I'm waiting to see someone bench a 9300 or 9450, the cpu's people will actually be able to afford.

stock is 3.0ghz

It's still impressive though....over 50% overclock from 3.0ghz

But yes the 9300/9450 certainly are ones that are more appealing for those of us with normal bank accounts (mostly empty )

Most q6600's are capable of 50-60% overclocks. Not that im dissing the new yorkies but i want to see some of the affordable cpus benched.

well the point is the actual speeds obtained. 4.6ghz is freakin quick as h3ll...and that's only on air cooling.
