Im thinking of making my own computer and I put up a post on another forum but i thought id come here for a second opinion

So do you guys think that computer is good enough to run cod4 with no lag and have fast video rendering in adobe after effects?

ive gone ahead and listed windows 7 home premium instead of vista, youll have no problems running any games. the gfx card i listed (4770) is a little slower than what they had suggested (4850) but it will still run cod4 with no lag just fine. i have also included for you a quad-core + 4gigs of ram instead.
