Default 27in widescreen, GPU question

ok I am planning on possibly getting a 27in widescreen TV and use it for a TV and also for a computer monitor, but I only have an Nvidia 6600 and I am thinkin that the 6600 isn't going to have enough if I play games on it cause it has a pretty high screen resolution, So I am just wondering if you think that my 6600 will handle it or not thanks
