Default 250g hard drive reports as 130g

I have a new hitachi 250g hdd, ata 133. (Yes, the label on the drive says 250g). I hooked it up to a Jetway N2PAP-Ultra, and went to install windows on it only to discover that windows is reporting the drive as 131069mb. Any ideas? I've never heard of a motherboard having a limitation on hard drive size or anything, so I'm a little perplexed. I think its likely a factory mishap that needs to be RMA'd, but thought I'd get some input first.

Do you have the first edition of windows xp? Pre-service pack 1 has problen properly recognizing larger capacity drives. Install service pack 2 and you should be fine.
