24 Pin to USB converter

Hey guys, first time poster here.

Spilt Coca-Cola all over my laptop and fried the dang thing.

Question is, I still have data on the hard drive that I want. Does a cable exist that runs from 24 pin HD to USB, so that I could hook the hard drive up to my desktop USB port in order to access the data on the HD? Pics below:

Yes, it is a hardware converter that converts a hard drive connector to your USB port. I use one all the time when recovering data from client computers.
