This is correct.

You must take all of your components into account when determining how many watts your PSU can handle.

Remember, your PSU is the back-bone of your computer. If it is not powerful enough, you will have all kinds of problems; such as, involuntary restarts.

Depending how old your PSU is, it may not even be putting out 200W. As they get older they can become less stable.

Lol pretty obvious why it sucks now eh ?
The calculator says i have 202 PSU minimum. <-- only 1% extra haha
