Default 2 Video Cards

I was just wondering is it better having 2 Video cards like in your computer. Will it turn into a 512 MB video card?

No it won't. You'll see maybe a 10%-40% improvement in performance with 2 video cards, depending on the game.

No, you probably won't need them.

Yeah it's not worth it, you'd probably have to upgrade motherboards and graphics cards, which can get pricey.

wow, in my opinion, SLI is a waste of money. There's no reason to need 2 video cards unless you're attempting to break benchmark records. It's not cost effective and it wastes money for like they said, a 10-40% increase in performance.

and you need a bigger PSU, plus an SLi mobo which costs around 180. you can just buy a 7800GTX opposed to two 6800GTs....
