buy motherboard
upgrade to 3 ghz
buy geforce 7800gt 256 mb

solution 2

buy 1 gig of ram
upgrade gfx card to 7600 gs 256mb

What processor is that? AMD? Intel? I think you should go for another gig of ram, and instead of the GS go for 7600GT.
