It might seem weird to you, because you see a PCIe power connector on a AGP card...but like peter said...It's normal now. The card will come with a PCIe adapter that goes from the graphic card's PCIe connector to two 4-pin molexes.

You should notice a significant increase in game performance, because the x1950xt is a huge upgrade from the 9600xt.
