Default 2.1 PCI Compliant Slot?

i want to purchase the Diamond ATI x1300 256MB PCI slot video card for my computer, since i have an intel 845G 64MB integrated graphics card.

i read in the requirements section and it says that i need a 2.1 PCI compliant slot? i dont even know if i have a 2.1 compliant slot. i know that i have PCI slots but im not sure if they are 2.1. also..how do i find out my power supply?

Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64 FX
300 Watt power supply or higher
Super VGA or DVI-I compatible monitor
System Memory of 256 MB or higher
483 Watt power supply or higher
480 MB available hard disk space
2.1 PCI compliant slot

Default How to tell what pci

Try a program call astra32
this program will do a system report that should tell you what you pci is.
