I want to buy a 19" LCD monitor, and I want some of you guys opinion since I never use a LCD before.
I have a budget of $300, and I want a LCD that has DVI-D, 12ms or lower.
I use it for gaming, movie, word processing(long period of time).
I found this one on newegg and I wonder if it's ok:

I try to avoid any products that's made in China or Korea, so will you guys also give me the origin of the product too, if you know it.

I know I'm kinda picky, but will you guys help me out on this one, I'm appreciate it, thanks!!!

Ive never heard of the make of that LCD before, I personally would not buy it, as you don't know what will hapen if something goes wrong, I would personally rather go for well known brand, that you no you will be sorted should something go wrong.
I personally have a Phillips 170s6FB. It is a 17", but fits all your requirements, and honestly, you do not need a 19". Check it out http://www.channel.philips.com/monitors/lcd_170S6FB_features.htm

I also wanted a tft for movies and games, i have read a lot of reviews and i concluded that the samsung syncmaster 730 bf is the perfect tft for me, so i bought it :), it have it for 4 weeks now, and i still dont regret it.

I have a Samsung 930b 19" flat panel. 8ms response time (so they claim) but its plent fast enough to play movies flawlessly and sharp text. I believe it may be just a lil over 300 on newegg. It or the BenQ would be my recommendations
