Well my thermaltake is still running at 12.099v and at the max 12.159, Maybe they used to be bad but now they must have gotten better.

Newegg only charges tax if you live in the state that the company has an office or center in. (which is the law that everyone has to abide by - I live in DE so I never have to pay tax)

I think they're in NJ, CA and somewhere else.

zipzoomfly.com is also very good - they sell stuff cheaper than newegg sometimes and 2nd day shipping is included in all prices (except large things)
