11 inches of thick beastlyness

so...i ordered an AMD HD 5870 video card.
apparently its 11 inches long
not sure if it will fit in my slots

but seriously..my computer case specs are

(Length(depth) x Width x Height)18.90" x 7.95" x 17.13"
my mother board is an ASUS M4A78-PLUS socket am2+

will this long and strong beast card fit?
ive also done some google research on the matter and im not convinced yet so i thought id ask here.

You might have to move a hard drive, or two around, and possibly do some cutting on the case at worst case.
