Windows XP consistantly running at 50% + CPU Usage

Recently, my Windows XP SP3 running on Core 2 Duo began to run on 50% + CPU usage on its own even when the computer is restarted and settled. I have taken off many of the high consuming memory usage processes and it still fluctuates between the two cores (one will go up to 100% and the other will stay at 50% and averaging 50% + CPU usage). I have scanned for any viruses or spy wares, but nothing came up. It's fine when its on safe mode, but running on normal startup is terrible. What's eating up all the CPU Usage?

Here's the HijackThis Log: (I know there are a lot of little processes running at the same time because it's part of the school laptop and I have no power to disable it. Even with these minor processes running, the CPU usage was still low or unaffected.)

Haha, never mind. I actually figured it out after checking everything in depth with Process Manager. Apparently, it was actually a subtle error. The O23 - Service: TVT Scheduler - Lenovo Group Limited - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lenovo\Scheduler\tvtsched.exe was actually behind the CPU Usage draining. On the task manager, it showed very little memory usage. However, on Process Manager, it was showed to be one that was mooching out all the CPU Usage, very strange. I guess it was trying to force out a scheduling, but couldn't make it come out. Eventually, I just killed it with HijackThis, problem solved.
