W32/Alcra-B HELP!!

Ok, recently got the W32/Alcra-B worm from a zip file of Limewire (it was stupid I know) but I think I've manged to remove most of it.

The problem is my Pcs still running slower than normal and I wondered if I've missed something.

The worm has also left a folder called complete under Cocuments an Settings\My Name\Complete except it doesnt actually seem to exist there and its not hidden. Anyone know how to delete it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Before attacking an adware/spyware problem with hijackthis make sure you have already run the following tools. Download and update the databases on each program before running.

• Ad-Aware® SE Personal Edition
• Spybot Search & Destroy
• CWShredder

Also make sure you are using the the latest version (1.99.1) of HijackThis and it's installed in it's own folder on the root drive. (C:\HJT)

After you run all those tools...Update your version of hijackthis and post a new log.

Ok have done all that and ad-aware came up with a W.32 Alcra A worm. I think thats all being safely removed and all the other scans came up clear. Also ran system mechanic to fix any registry problems as I was havin a slow startup. Hopefully everythings clean now but i'll post you a log with the new version of Hijack This just to make sure.

Panda only came up with the following adware but I couldn't find the Autofix/Clean option so I haven't been able to remove it just yet.

Incident: Adware:adware/savenow
Status: No disinfected
Location: Windows Registry

Also deleted all those regisry entries using hijack this successfully.

Panda. Sorry..they recently moved to a "Disinfect" anyway..so you no longer get to choose. Anyway..I see nothing in the logs that could be causing your slowdown. We can try one more tool..

Please download Trend Micro™ Anti-Spyware for the Web Utility (by clicking the "Scan and Clean your PC" button).

• Save it to your desktop.
• Double-click the new icon on your desktop (tmas-web-scan.exe)
• It will say "Loading TrendMicro definitions".
• Once the definitions are loaded, the program will appear to close then re-open.
• Click "Start Scan"
• After it's done scanning, click "Scan Results"
• Make sure all items found have a check next to them, then click "Clean Threats Now".
• Click Exit.

Reboot your computer. In place of the TrendMicro icon will be a text file called "Antispyware.log", please double-click that log and copy the entire contents and paste them here.

I then need you to repeat the same procedure above again... using the TrendMicro tool. I need the log from the second scan/clean...NOT the first...as this will contain whatÂ’s left in the system.

Ran the scan and it came up with some spyware, nothing major though and it's all been removed. Decided to leave limewire alone because I think it'll stop the software from working if I do remove it.

My startup is fine now, think I must have had an invalid registry entry or something but system mechanic seems to have fixed that.

I'll post you these Trend logs anyway, see what you think.
