Viruses/Spyware/Regedit-Task manager disabled... HELP

Before class my computer is fine. I come back two hours to later to find it had rebooted and is now completely and totally infested. I've ran the usual adaware/spybot search & destroy/virus scanners but things don't get much better. Here's my Hijackthis:
