I cant complete the scan. I ve found few dialers and spyware so far, but half way through scan windows closes.

No success. It keeps shuting down in the middle of scan process. Are you sure this isnt some kind marketing trick, so you buy this products. I dont get it. I use Norton and Ad-Aware, they didnt come up with anything.

No Marketing trick. Antivirus programs useally miss trojans and spyware files so the scans may appear clean when they are not. Anyway since Panda won't complete...let's try another tool.

Download, install, and update Ewido Security Suite
  • Install ewido security suite
  • Launch ewido, there should be a big E icon on your desktop, double-click it.
  • The program will prompt you to update click the OK button

You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Click on Start
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
After the updates are installed, exit Ewido

Reboot into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

Run Ewido:

  • With the first file it prompts to clean, select the option - "Perform action on all infections" - & choose clean and click [OK].

Close Ewido

Reboot back to normal mode and post that Ewido log.

I knew about Alexa, but I decided to leave it.
What do you think about XP 64 bit? Should I start using it, and best AV program. I was told by a very competent person that Sophos was the best.

Well done. Your logs are clean. Any more issues? If not you should be good to go. There's several good AV programs out there so thats your call. I use the free version of AVG and haven't had any issues.

As for XP 64Bit I really don't see a need as of yet. You just need to tighten up your security some to prevent this from happening again and HEED my advice below.
