ok that night i went to TrendMicro & found about 9 viruses trojans & cookies & deleted em & rebooted & ran it again & deleted 1 that i missed & it hasn't seemed 2 help any

Under processes at the bottom left corner, how many are listed?

I dont think that you have an antivirus. Viruses WILL slow down the PC.

If you dont want to install an antivirus, you could always repair Windows

dled & did thorough search & found C:WINDOWS\system32\ActiveScan\pskavs.dll & C:\System Volume Information\A0048541.dll . Repair won't work with them so can i delete them without deleting something i shouldn't

C:\Windows\ActiveScan]pskavs.dll is one of the on-line antivirus scanners ActiveX plugin. It's safe to delete.

C:\System Volume Information\A0048541.dll is part of Windows, it's unsafe to delete.

Locate the folder, and press Delete on your keyboard.
