Slow computer..

Please help me. My computer just got very slow, i runned Spyware and antyvirus but it cheks ok.
I tried to attach "highjackthis" log but i can't. Can you tell me how to do it?

What happens when you try to paste the log here?

If i right click the log and copy, the paste is grey out.

Can you use Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste?

Highligt log, ctrl+c....clic on "quick reply" ctrl v.

Its downloading, will take sometime.
It just finish. It say "The compressed folder is invalid or corrupt"

Am i supposed to download all six of then? or just one. Understand, i am not a computer expert i know the basic stuff but i do not work with computers.
