Redirect infection - only happens on Chrome?

User tries to visit any of a number of sites (including facebook) and gets redirected to quizfinddomain.com or another 'you are a winner' ad site - doesn't seem to happen in IE or FF, though; only in Chrome (the user's usual browser). I've run Combofix, MBAM, and HT; all three together are too long, so here's HT:

Nothing in the HiJack This log. Have them uninstall Chrome. Delete all its folders that are hidden in the User Account area. Have them reinstall Chrome. Make sure that you double check the extensions that they are using to make sure one of those isnt causing the issue.
