The only thing I see in your StartDrek log is Backweb.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\RAMASST.lnk

You are going to have to log into Safe Mode to the admin function and uninstall this program. If you can't find it, you may have to do it the hard way so have these instructions already printed out cause in safe mode, you can't access the internet: Backweb Removal guide Liz

cleaned it, but the problem is still there, any other suggestions on msn, i would hate to format my comp but if it's the only way im gonna have to do it

Formatted the computer, the problem is gone but now i have to download all the softwares... phew...
