Where is the full log? Cant give accurate information with half of the log missing. From what was given i see these:

O8 - Extra context menu item: Grip.com - file://C:\Program Files\GRIPCZ28\Cache\SelectedContextSearch.htm

Those 2 are nasty entried. I would make sure to do scans with Combofix and MBAM and psot those logs with an update HJT log.
