You need to remove any Ask Toolbar from your system and all files and folders associated with it.

Sorry for being impatient. I've been unemployed for 15 months and starting to get a little edgy thinking I may be homeless if I don't find a job very very soon. Since alot of companies only accept application on-line I live by my computer. Again, sorry for being impatient.

Unchecking them will not resolve the issue. HiJack This lets you know that there is an infection and it will prevent it from starting up upon reboot. But it does not clear out the infection. You have to do that yourself. Which is why I said to remove the Ask Toolbar from your system as that is what is infected.
